Mike and his son have totally remodled my house through the years. Two kitchen remodels and one flood remodel. In the past we used "fly by nights" who said they knew what they were doing. The last 15 years Mike is the only remodeler I will use.

We have had terrible luck with our existing wood windows. Mike has rebuilt many sashes for us in the past 14 years. They look and work like the originals - you cannot tell them apart. He uses cyress and we haven't had any trouble with his windows.

I was told by three different contractors that my garage apartment needed to be torn down and rebuilt. Mike was hanging a new door for me and we talked about the apartment. He looked at it and said he could jack it up and fix what needed to be fixed. And, guess what? He did it! $2,800 compared to 100K plus. I saved $97,000. I am convinced he knows what he's doing.

I worked with Mike for a year but I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to do. We finally got started and I chose time and material over a flat bid. As we went along, I added a lot, too much really. At the end of the job, the AC went out. Mike had told me from the start of the job to get it all done and I wish I had. Since I had the added expense, Mike said I could pay him monthly for the remainder of the balance. That really helped. We finished the project and I got my AC. Thank you again.

I have known Mike and his son for 20 years. I'm an auto repairman and I knew he did remodeling and I asked for a kitchen remodel bid. I liked the price and the day we started, Mike gave me the choice of the bid price or time and material. He said I could save money with the time and material option and I would have if I hadn't kept adding so much. That was my fault but Mike was on my side and he knows what he is doing.
